A signed card gets put back into the deck multiple times only for it to rise to the top of the deck again and again.
The magician proposes an experiment and introduces a card with two holes in it. He places it on top of the deck and wraps the deck in a rubber band. He gives the deck a shake and the signed card visually appears under the top card face up.
