A card is selected and returned to the deck, which is then shuffled. Next, a packet of 9 cards is mixed, and three cards are freely chosen and their order can be rearranged at will. The magician deals three piles according to the values of those three cards. In the end, not only is the spectator’s selection found, but the other three cards of the same value are also located.
